With the Hornets trading Howard Charlotte finally looks all in on Cody.
He averaged 14 pts in pre season.
He only needs to stay healthy.

Howard is such a loser. Rich, yes. Not a loser in life, but a loser in basketball.
He's a double double machine.

Cody has been playing well. Watched him a little against the 76ers the other night where he ended up fouling out thanks to the refs protecting of superstar Joel Embiid. On his last foul Cody is setting up to defend Embiid down low and Embiid starts to back into Cody who quickly sidesteps and lets Embiid fall to the ground entirely on his own. Refs call 6th foul on Cody who stands there with grin on his face and announcers were even puzzled and laughing about the call. Typicall NBA garbage which makes it so hard to watch. Cody was called for a couple other mystery fouls against Embiid.
Definitely pulled the chair on Embiid..
Only had 9 last night..In a @$$ beating in Cleveland. .
Hornets don't care to play much defense. .
That most likely will keep them in the .500 range..And fighting for a playoff spot..If they stay healthy. .

Not really, went to a finals, 8× all star, 3x defensive POY, and definitely a first ballot HOFer. He's fell off the last few years yes, but he still puts up good numbers.
Kinda hoping Cody would bump that average up to around 12 a game.
But even though he start's.He's not getting big minutes ..Charlotte is playing everyone. .That said Walker doesn't go for a 100 in two game's without Cody setting great screen's
