Do they? It's a pretty popular drug. For as intense as it is it's relatively safe and not nearly as addictive as some other drugs. Don't get me wrong, it's addictive. Just not as much as opioids or amphetamines. It's also got some well known therapeutic benefits. Ketamine therapy is showing great results for depression and serious mental issues like PTSD.
I'm not advocating anyone here just go out, grab some and try it tonight. However so some research. It's a fascinating drug.

Yep. Doctors administer it on site, in there office. It almost always coincide with talking with a psychiatrist while you "trip". The drug keeps you calm. You feel safer to open up and deal with shit. I believe the hallucinic aspects loosen people up too. Similar therapy is done with psilocybin and DMT. Again with some pretty positive results. Weirdly they all help kick other drugs. Disrupt whatever in your brain that makes heroin addictive.
There are several psychiatrists around that use ketamine therapy. Google your city and ketamine therapy.
Uugghh never took any illegal drugs other than some pot. Was always too afraid of getting addicted. Is it like the thing in Puerto Rico they are on. They call it zombie island on tv.
Pot is a good one to stick with. That, a couple beers, and some whiskey is all one needs. Throw in a nice New York or Filet and it's paradise.

Corruption can include cronyism. An example of cronyism would be having an executive branch made up of appointed cronies whose ideology is uniform.
Trump won. 49.8% of the vote with his opponent getting 48.3%. Is this really a mandate to get everything he wants including having no input from the losers?
Ditto for both branches of Congress where the majority margin is slim.
Each day folks from the 75 million who voted against Trump and the 77 million who voted for Trump work, play, and pray together. Ordinary citizens can put politics aside and make each day one without rancor with their fellow Americans. Why can't our politicians do the same?
Unlike the speech last night, Americans don't show up at work and are segregated in the workplace by political party. Hopefully, most Americans will not model their behavior by how our politicians act.

Yes, it could be.
For example, staffing positions with unqualified people just because they share your political philosophy, or will do anything you tell them to do.
Couple this with firing qualified people and replacing them with unqualified cronies and an entire department can be corrupted.
Cronyism, in this example, being the opposite of meritocracy,
