I'd Like to see the Defensive Play call get to the guys earlier

I'd like the defensive play call to come to the guys earlier. Most of the time the defense is looking to the side line for a play call and the QB is already hiking the ball. What is wrong here??? The Defense Coaches!!! GET THE CALL IN ON TIME STUPID!!!
