Try doing something exceptionally generous for someone less fortunate with no expectation of anything in return. Go on a mission trip to an area that’s not only poor but where the people are truly oppressed by their government. It’ll change your perspective a lot. Until you linked the actual order, nobody, including CNN, mentioned the very important subordination to existing law ( contracts) clause.
Assuming that because people care WHERE their tax dollars, charitable donations, etc go means they are not charitable is dumb. If Trump came out & said that we are going to divert all funds & resources previously directed towards illegals & refugees to US citizens that are homeless, including veterans, mentally ill, etc, would you be ok with it?
