I had the internal institute as an agency when I did panel work for UW. They’d resettle about 500 refugees a year. Fed funding reqd. Freezing funding whacks program ees. That said it is another area in need of reform. I prefer the Corp foundation partnerships to gov funding and that was always out take with the board. You have to decrease gov reliance. Get the dev dir to work on forging those relationships not fed grant writing
