I have some questions in regards to NIL

Money? Does the men's and women's team have equal amounts of money to distribute? How are Nil payments made to athletes and what/who handles this? I assume it is all done thru an athlete's agent? And if so, being a sports agents(if that's the correct name) seems to be a growing occupation.
Any knowledgeable sources out there to answer to help with this.
