I got a lot of problems with you people, and now you're gonna hear about it

Once the smoke clears after July 1st I'll get with @SammyJacobs and see if he can get Sope set up so that all he has to do is get to the site, login once, and go from there. If there's any way you can find out if there's a particular password Sope would want to use (something he can easily remember and type) that might be helpful.
Online Hoosier fandom has three bank holidays:

4/22 OTF Day
10/7 Tumbleweeds Day
12/2 Memorial Day

I wonder if 7/1 will go down in history as the fourth.

Just an FYI, the On3 people are flagging inflattering posts about the takeover for deletion.
I'll plan on training their AI like it's my job now.

Might sign up for a free On3 trial to troll over there until I get booted.

Edit-Not Free
$1 trial is the headline, but reading the fine print you're agreeing to $1 first month and half price for the first year. The cancel anytime claim is only before the first renewal where it goes to full price. So you're on the the hook for the entire first year.

There are a lot of very intelligent people on this board. Too many to mention without leaving someone out. Conversely, there are a few that suffer from a bad case of Dunning-Kruger syndrome that probably shouldn’t be posting on a forum mostly dedicated to politics. I do think everyone on here is a good person and most likely very intelligent and effective in their field of expertise, and in life, generally.

I’ll give a shout out to the two giants of the board. One from the left, one from the right.

Goat has a beautiful mind (no homo). His intelligence is top notch and I like the way he thinks. Not his political opinions, necessarily, but his thought process. He’s a good example of a highly successful person that is comfortable enough in his own skin to realize that material things don’t define a person. It’s a bonus that he routinely and effortlessly shoots down some of COH’s most intelligent sounding and long winded arguments while cooking dinner, reading a book, and getting a blow job.

COH is a highly accomplished, retired attorney. There’s no doubt he was very successful in his practice. There’s also no doubt he’s a really good man. My opinion is he uses this board to keep his mind sharp by arguing the indefensible at times; as if he’s representing a guilty as sin client. This is admirable. He gets people to agree with his argument so he’s still got it, and could still sway a jury.

I suppose we’re all conditioned to agree with the argument put forth by the person we tend to agree with politically.

Apologies for the somewhat serious post, but I haven’t had my first Friday night cocktail, yet. But when I do, lookout! 😂

I wouldn't summarize this forum as an intellectual battle between me and CO.H, but I'll happily take it if you want.

I think I finally reached the pinnacle of shoes with this one. Doesn't get better. No VEGAN! This is "genuine" leather!

They basically even the playing field. No great family name? No connections? No problem!

Cosmic was unbearable.

That’s not entirely wrong. Book club kicks it up a notch (unless reading 100 Years of Solitude which was a mind- numbing experience and set my program back decades) Of course I have no idea how effective any of this is, which is a sign of aging. :)
