Huge loss and choke job by IU

Terrible terrible loss. Up 7 with 2:36 and nothing but jump shots. Wow
I hate Maryland too. They didn’t deserve that win. DG, despite a couple good plays shows why he should sit in crunch time.

Given Maryland's first half barrage of 3's IU did very well to get back in the game. AND controlled much of the 2nd half. This IU team is getting better and they gave as good as they were getting against two highly ranked opponents. The IU crowd was awesome both games too! Super to see Hunter getting better and better too!

But, if they play with poise and intelligence, they win going away. They didn’t display either trait, unfortunately. Hopefully, we learn from this.

Up six with a minute to go. Starting to think this team was getting prety good but still likely a .500 big ten team when you blow leads like that. No way we should have lost that.

Choke? I don’t think so. IU played pretty well today. Had not had a chance to see them play yet this year and I see a much improved team from previous years. Should have won but did not.

This is the kind of loss, right when you’re on the verge of creating positive momentum, that can completely crush your season.

If IU wins their next one, that’ll be a good sign.

That last minute was a choke. We just didn’t make enough plays and the slop got us.

Had nothing to do with coaching. Some bad execution, but great effort. IU is a tough out for anyone now.

Execution is a function of coaching. You may not understand that, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t so.

Okay, then coaching gets full credit for adjustments to being 9 down at half to being 8 up for a good portion of the 2nd half. And looking really good doing it.

Absolutely. It’s not all good or all bad. But Aloha was monumentally stupid to say coaching wasn’t a factor at all. He never played anything so I suppose that’s his excuse for such ignorance.

You just made a complete fool of yourself, again. Those of us who know what AH did for a living .. are laughing at you, again
So you don’t think coaching has anything to do with how a team plays down the stretch. Take a seat and eat your bag of Fritos. We’ll talk hoops while you watch.

That is a clown's main purpose...even ass clowns.
Another non fan who doesn’t think coaching has any impact at the end of the game. I keep forgetting you’ve never seen IU as an elite program, something that obviously shapes your facile view.
