I'm gonna make y'all feel younger by comparison.
I was born in 1944. let that sink in.
Watched IU and Walt Belamy on black and white tv around 1960/61. Still a fan.
Graduated HS in 1962. No college.
Wasted 5 years.
Was drafted in 1965. Went to Viet Nam. Got really lucky when they made me a supply clerk.
Did not see any action. Came home in 1967. Honorable Discharge!
Eventually met my wife and lived happily ever after. If I don't consider IU BB since 1987.
Coach Cig transformed IU FB. There has to be the right guy out there to coach the BB team to glory.

I understand that. But many were drafted and didn't go. I graduated high school in 1970, waited to be drafted, never called. You did your duty and I appreciate that.

Those ranges seem too big to me. There's a big difference between a kid born in 1965/66 and one born in 1979/80 in terms of their formative years experiences.

Also, Trump, Clinton, & Bush were all born in the first year of the baby boom. Eddie Vedder was born in the last year of the baby boom. That’s a huge jump.
