KEEP:
Allen (Restructure deal if you can and pour money into NIL and assistant pools)

Chad Wilt (Give him actual control of the D)

Walt Bell (Can’t afford more turmoil on the offensive side and he found something the last couple games with a mobile QB that let him run what he wanted.)

Rod Carey, if you can. (The line undeniably got better with him running it, especially on the ground.)

Craig Johnson (RBs all tended to perform well when they were given the room and opportunity to actually do so.)

QUESTIONABLE:
Brandon Shelby and Jason Jones (Corners and safeties have been a strength under them until this year but were far too unreliable this season. Two really tough calls here. Shelby should probably have a better chance to stay than Jones, IMO, but I could see the reasoning for keeping or getting rid of either.)

Kevin Wright (TEs weren’t given much opportunity this year for evaluation, but certainly didn’t tend to impress often when they did.)

Paul Randolph (First season here and the D-Line was generally solid against the run but generated almost no pressure beyond Dasan. Lean towards moving on here.)

FIRE:
Aaron Wellman (Strength and Conditioning have been a disaster in his tenure and injuries have mounted to an unacceptable degree. Should be the clear first name on the chopping block and easiest decision.)

Adam Henry (Receivers not named Cam Camper, and to some degree Emery Simmons, were horrid this season. Enough said.)

Kasey Teegardin (FAR too many blocked punts and kicks. Unacceptable. Return game doesn’t make up for it; especially not with the stupid insistence on Delp punt returns before he was suspended.)
