Hoosier in-state football recruiting

Just looking at the rankings of Indiana high school football players for 2023 and 2024. We only got one player for 2023 and he was ranked #17. Iowa got three top ten players and even Louisville outrecruited the Hoosiers. We have no one even warm on the Hoosiers in 2024. I thought CTA was going to make in-state recruiting a priority. What happened? Did he give up? This is very disappointing.
