I don't know about speeding up SGA. I liked the pacers picking up full court to slow up the Knicks and shorten the shot clock on them. Maybe that tactic can be used.
Pacer game is to play fast pace in transition so that won't change. Just won't be as effective vs OKC. Just like OKC depth won't be as effective vs Pacers as it was against the teams they played in the West playoffs. That said, Mavs really hurt them last year with Gafford and Lively in half court PnR's and Lively in in fast transition bucket. Pacers let Knicks keep close at times by rushing some bad 3 point shots in half court when the Knicks got back on Defense. OKC will do more damage in that scenario. Hopefully in hte half court, Pacers will work a bit more to attack the paint with Turner and Siakum plus Toppin slashing for dunks mixed in. Luka and Jokic are best in league at controlling pace and OKC struggled with those 2 teams. Denver got them to 7 games with little depth and Porter then Gordon playing hurt by game 7.
RC is a genius X nd O guy. He may have something up his sleeve that surprises everyone. He is best coach I've seen adapt using different styles to his personnel though maybe you could argue for Pop.

Really enjoy watching them play. You couldn't enjoy Jordan, you are the fanboy dipshit. I enjoy beautiful basketball, like what Hali did last night. I haven't really followed a team since the Celtics in the 80's. When Bird retired I followed the Bulls because of MJ, and also Pacers with Reggie. Then once Reggie was gone, really didn't get interested in NBA again until Steph and Golden State. I couldn't stand Paul George tough - soft as charmin - but besides his teams I've always backed the Pacers over anyone else.
Can't tell someone what to like, it's purely subjective and personal taste, but I also support the right to make fun of them when liking something stupid.. lol
Cav likes shit talk even when on the receiving end. we've had our battles. To his credit, he doesn't get all emotional and bent about it, so it bores me and I don't do it any more.

I like plenty of players who have played for the Knicks and Lakers. Them along with Rox except when Hakeem and co beat the Knicks are teams that I won't root for ever no matter who is on the team. The Heat are close to them. So maybe I have to choose someone when those team play each other.
It sounds like being an 80's and 90's fan is taboo so takin back to the 70's.
When I was a kid it was Pacers in the ABA, Bulls in NBA. DR J, sloan, Havlicek, were my favorite players along McGinnis and Buse. Moved to Dallas in 1980 and jumped on Mavs in their first year and went to games. Luka will always be one of my favorite players ever but won't ever root for LA unless they maybe they play NY or Houston. After 44 years, I was considering Spurs now that I live in spurs territory but since NBA rigged it for the Mavs to get Flagg, I'll probably not make switch. I still root hard for Pacers except vs Mavs. I really like Brunson's personality but not a big fan of his game. Exception ball handler but I hate players whose signature move is use their off arm to create space. They all do it from time to time but Harden and Brunson do it almost everytime. They best part of Brunson in Dallas was his post game interviews. The Best answer he ever gave was his response to the question when Luka was out for a playoff game... He asked what is different playing without Luka. His response was not much other not having a generational talent on the court alongside him.
