I just like the chemistry, cohesiveness, and caring attitude shown by our entire coaching staff. I would hate to lose any of them. I was relieved when Urban chose Tony Alford from ND as his RB coach and not our Deland McCullough. Now, I just read on ND's Rivals site that one of the names being speculated upon as a possible replacement for Alford is Coach McCullough. Another is a former Irish RB, Autry Denson. I sure hope like crazy that we can keep such a quality man as McC. I believe Coach Kelly has said he wants a high character guy whom his players will look up to, as well as a man who is an effective recruiter. Obviously, we have such a man as our running backs coach.
