I work for IU. Never heard of IU Day. Sounds made up. Sounds like a participation trophy, something meaningless that's supposed to make me feel good.

Did anyone call me and say "thanks for what you do" on IU Day? No.

Did I get a raise or a bonus? No.

Did anyone buy me lunch? No.

Did anyone do anything out of the ordinary at all? Well, they asked me to send in some money.
