IU has a really good chance to win today. Purdue has imploded a bit lately, and you guys almost beat us at our place before that really started to happen.

Random thoughts as I’m waiting for the coffee to revive my brain this morning…

Oregon goes to Madison yesterday, first time in program history, and does what we haven’t been able to do in a quarter century

ILL gets obliterated by Duke. Using transitive theory, Duke beats us by 70. Would be surprised to see any B1G team get to E8 and my bet is most all get taken out the first weekend of tourney. Overall a very down yr for the conference.

We lose today and we’re getting closer to that B10 tourney cutoff line again. Yet folks were labeling us bubble worthy a few days ago ( maybe even still now?)

This lame duck session of IU bball sucks. I feel almost zero emotional involvement in anything other than the coach search drama.

Was some chatter on BTB of Ballo going awol for a few days last weekend. Not sure there’s any truth to it. Those guys will believe any rumor right now.

Again, a ridiculous comment by you. The BIG is always good. The only significant difference between this year and last is PU is down. Thus, not any realistic team to make it far. However, I can see several teams make it to the sweet sixteen.

It’s not a very good basketball conference, SEC, BIG 12 are much better. ACC is way down as well but has Duke
