KW is not standing pat on this program. I love this hire for multiple reasons- track record, scheme, recruiting ability in Indiana and Florida. We need dynamic energy on that side of the ball. Quite frankly we have had laid back personalities at DC. Time to match up our offense to our D. I also like the fact he has a good background in special teams play. We need improvement there if we plan on consistently winning in BT.
