For some strange reason Goode's post shows up on my X feed and it reminds me of a different player in a different time very similar to this current IU team. He has made a HUGE mistake by posting on X after his personal performance last night, not counting all the games of poor poor shooting this year. Not only posting on X but replying to a tweet by Dakich of all people, that has since been deleted.
So he has exposed himself for all to see. I know you can't shoot baskets in Cook Hall non stop when not playing a game or not at practice but Goode left that door open being on social media. Many think he should be shooting and living in Cook Hall.
He reminds me of another B1G transfer to IU a few years ago ... the Whiner Miller Kopp. Due to the extreme cold temperatures I have suggested to Luke to contact Miller and have a free "Indiana vs Everybody" sweatshirt sent to him for those times that he does go to Cook Hall to shoot baskets. Doesn't mater really. I am older than hell and can still hit 3's in the driveway with nobody guarding me and I know that does not translate all the time to games even when they leave you open on purpose to shoot those 3's.
This team is fragile, weak minded and rich in dollars. I think it's time for a new TikTok video from the group ... maybe a dance this time in their away Red uni's in preparing for their road game at OSU.
I almost forgot his little jab in his short post game interview last night ... it was similar tone to Leal's Senior Day speech last year. LOL ... Luke doesn't want us jumping BACK ON the bandwagon when they turn this thing around. .... it is going to get uglier than we have ever seen these next 7-9 games.
