Never said disbanned anything but to get so upset and call for firings after every loss doesn't make since either.
I don’t like to lose but I understand it because I played the game against talented opponents. What I have a problem with is a lack of desire and stupid or selfish play. The coach is ultimately responsible for the results through teaching, allowing or recruiting. Many of our losses this year could have been avoided if we played smart, moved the ball around to find higher % shots or had some type of organized offense. If the boys aren’t doing what the coach wants use the pine. But I suspect they are trying to run the offensive philosophy being taught.
Scott is the worst fan imaginable. Backs up mediocrity due to lousy coaching and tells everyone how to be an IU "fan". He doesn't ever take into consideration of how bad any hire may or may not be until it is way too late. He preaches patience while proclaiming IU should finish in the top 4 in the B1G, but no matter the results, "we are on the right path". Nobody is allowed to question anything, especially the coach or Glass. He would rather sacrifice 4 or 5 seasons to get maybe one decent one in return. Just terrible!

From what I've heard on here, it sounds like it. I wasn't around here in those days. I really wish I had been. Nobody is going to care, but I thought Crean should've been canned after year 3 like @fpeaugh says. There's just not enough "smarts" in the IU powers-that-be to do anything worthy to ever make much difference. Myles Brand set a precedence that killed off IU major athletics. Will IU ever recover? A complete overhaul from Glass on up needs to take place as a first step.
