When they can start adding a couple bigs that dominate they'll be on even footing with the best teams. For now it's just about being competitive with most teams.

We did not play well today. Poor 3 pt shooting. I think like 20%. In foul trouble and in it early.
But UCLA has a much stronger roster. We need a player of the year candidate as well as 1st team all Americans. Until then, we will beat the better teams only when our three point shot is above 50% for that game.
I still don’t miss a game, but we will not host a first round ncaa this year

That didn't do us much good last time anyway. I don't know about 1st team all Americans but we do need more over all talent.

They lost at home as host two years ago, but went to the Sweet 16 last year. Being a tournament host is a huge advantage.

I agree with Jssanto - we won’t be hosting a first round this year. We needed a win like the game today to make up for the two bad losses earlier this year.

I've heard chatter our WBB NIL isn't exactly the strongest, which if true is too bad. When if comes to divvying up the rev share next year, I hope we can get Teri a nice chunk of that and hopefully that helps level up our recruiting. Continuing to invest in the WBB program should have a good return -- obviously not like FB, but we have the fan interest and facilities to be a top-10 program and that's worth pushing for.
