So unfortunately I have grown fond of many of you morons. Would hate for a mass disappearance of this community in a few weeks. Obviously everything will shift to On3 from rivals, and premium memberships will transfer over and paid message boards will be there. However, no free boards will be there, that's confirmed.

For you free loaders, I suggest we all try hoosierhuddle July 1st and see if they provide a free board. I hope they do a water cooler board, would satisfy a lot of folks. I don't post there but that's where the action is. "I lurk"

My sentiments exactly! When Coyle started flapping his fat ass about wishing he could just close the free boards he lost me forever (obviously not that he cares). I'd been a paying member for almost a decade and only quit after paid content on here started to suck so bad. Oh yeah, had to cancel a credit card to get it closed too.

When the HH guys took over, it was a breath of fresh air! The guys are good and if this wasn't a Rivals/Yahoo platform, I would have already signed up for premium.

That was deceitful, at best. I chose to stay here. This latest transition has been to double cross Sammy and TJ and the crew in favor of Jim Coyle, and I won't be a part of it. I'm going all in on HoosierHuddle.com and am convinced they'll deliver.

As a free market capitalist I have no issue with playing the game they way they did. Now we will have to see who delivers the content and interface. I suspect I know the answer, but we will see.

It seems like On3 doesn’t materially pay by subs because Jim doesn’t have hardly any over there right now. I would guess On3 is paying a flat rate to run their IU site.

Media and social markets for programs like IU, Ky Osu, Mich etc are crowded and competitive. You have to deliver an experience that people want. Some love the message board stuff and some don't but the content and interface better be quality.
