Forgot they had Musselman

Carlyle’s shot selection was horrible. Kent Sterling really unloaded on him in his postgame YouTube video. “Chilling out” and “letting the game come to him” shouldn’t be an issue at this point in his college career. He’s not a freshman like Tucker. He’s just an average player when it comes to a higher level of Div 1 ball.
Carlyle is terrible so far. He has killed plenty of opportunities with his poor shot selection and at times, very poor defense. He needs to sit much more and shouldn’t be in at all during crunch time.

just because you felt compelled, doesn't mean you should, you ever heard of taking high road,
For someone who drinks a lot, you don't seem to have a good grasp on the meaning of the word compelled.

And if you'd shown the slightest bit of contrition for mischaracterizing my position repeatedly, I probably would have left you alone. But you didn't, so you earned it.

frikken , it's time to move on, I never mischaracterized your position. if you feel you have given me the verbal beat down that I have earned for disagreeing with you so be it. I'm not one of those internet tough guys like the soccer player from st louis who threatens physical violence on the water cooler, truth be told he's probably what most would refer to as a pussy in real life. the interwebs are full of opinions we can agree to disagree, I wish you peace.

Lol. It's time to move on! (followed by continued arguing)

Not sure why you're dragging Mcmurtry, whom I loathe, or the cooler, which I also loathe, into any of this.

You call people names on Wednesday and then when it comes back at you on Thursday, then you wish we'd take the high road. Take it yourself and maybe we will follow.

He’s been this season’s disappointment to date. There’s still time to turn it around. Sometimes it comes about spontaneously in lightbulb epiphany, other times not at all. The verdict is still out but I think he will settle down and find his groove so smooth. Hopefully the coaches are handling him right and not the reason for his mental rut, extending in time with the clock for each passing game, or so it seems.

Out of a TO in the first half, IU came out and ran a set for Goode to get a look. He nailed a 3 from the left wing.
More confidence, more confidence and more confidence as his starting/rotational floor time grows. He's a Hoosier baller who only works harder. Hard to believe I was soft on his being brought into the program. On the other hand I was all in on Kanaan Carlyle coming to Hoosierland. He's lost his groove. He needs to re-anchor his game to strong D and rebounding. If he'll emulate Tucker and focus driving to get a decent mid range pullup. Would add to IU offense in a positive manner. He just cuts his own throat everytime he launches an ill advised 3. Mental toughness has lots of facets.
