He doesn't even know the point he's trying to make isn't the point of those cases.
Neither case has anything to do with culling "SES bureaucrats." You spend a lot of time hating people you don't know and know nothing about.

You said the cases had something to do with SES personnel, and those cases still have nothing to do with SES personnel. Also, they aren't political appointees and very few if any SES personnel are in unions (most government workers aren't in unions). Schedule F is not about SES personnel alone. It was Trump's effort to politicize government employees by getting rid of any that weren't perceived to be loyal to HIM and hire people that were loyal to him. This is not a good idea and was shut down. Trump very likely cannot implement Schedule F via Executive Order as he was trying to do. It's very unlikely to be implemented this time around.
