Fishers vs Jeffersonville

Why do you say that? Is Fishers that dominant?
Yes.

LN with oden/Conley is the only team I can think of in the past 25 years or so that I would say is better than this fishers team. Maybe those pike squads with vaden and Courtney Lee.

I suspect this fishers team is better than the LN teams when you look at players 3 through 8 on the roster.

I liked him a lot. He's active and boards well. He's 6'8" and 220 so that body is something they can work with.
I moved out of Indy 22 years ago for multiple reasons. The deterioration of Indianapolis Public Schools sports programs is unfortunate. RMK recruited IPS and some great players. Landon, Woodson. Tech and Broad Ripple. Earlier, the VanArsdales from Manual. Downing, McGinnis and Ralph Taylor and BK from Washington.
Taylor played center at 6'2"...
Wood HS had two 7 footers on the floor on one team .
I'm sure I've missed some.

LN has 3 very good high school players and Jeff was ahead the entire game. They feature Tre Singleton, 6'8" forward, Northwestern signee as their pivot man, and they are patient and pass well. Defensively, they are very deep, wore LN down and made Azavier Robinson do all the scoring, essentially neutralized 6'8", and 6'9" forwards for LN.

Fishers moves the ball extremely well, utilize excellent court spacing and vision and have athletes to finish. But as individuals, I would say they have about the same talent as LN or Attucks. Jeffersonville has depth but fewer stars, and they are patient offensively.

Fishers is the clear favorite but I doubt it's a blowout.

They're not THAT good. Come on, now. That team had 2 games under 10 points--both being Pike. Also 2 NBA dudes. Fishers has had 7 games, where they could have lost; Warsaw missed a shot to possibly win. Rhen a 3 that would have tied it. They're really good..and deep. But they are not LN good.

But so is Jeffersonville. Don't let their 5 losses fool you. Was without their stud, Singleton until like Jan. Injuries to Douglas(D1) as well. Just now getting fully healthy. I've officiated them 3x this year. When finally 100%...they're extremely good. Quick...elite speed. Tremendous defense. Athletes. Amd.deep.

This will be a much better game than most think.

Jeff has 3 legit D1 kids. They're deep. And now healthy.
Fishers depends a lot on spreading you out. That'll be difficult vs Jeffersonville. Have the speed and athletes to take that away.

This will be a very good game.

That's why I said they probably aren't as good as those LN teams and probably Pike.

No probably to it. And you insinuated they were better in your last paragraph.

Fishers is really.good. And I feel they'll win. But Jeffersonville isn't chopped liver. People see 5 losses, and assume.

If Cooper is on for Jeff, it'll be a war.

Edit: I wouldn't put them ahead of any Marion teams that won 3 straight titles, either.

How do we let kids like Singleton get out of the state?

I think he would be a great 1st instate get for the new coach. He's a 4 year guy that could be a really solid player for us.
I don’t think there are 4 year guys staying at the same school anymore. Except at Puke.

Jeff is one of the few teams in the state that can stand toe to toe with Fishers. LN maybe, obviously Westfield was able to... And Jeff could beat Fishers... but not if Fishers plays well. If Fishers plays well, I would guess the game won't be all that close in the 2nd half. But that's me assuming Jeff won't try to slow the game down like Westfield and Warsaw did. Seems to me Jeff's strength is similar to Fishers...and if they try to "play with them", Fishers will probably drill them.

Jeff probably has one loss if any if they are healthy all year so yes you are correct the 5 losses are misleading. They are athletic and wear you down, they also don't get sped up or at least from what I see. Jeff is lead by a ton of seniors, they are long and athletic and Cooper can flat fill it up.

Should be a good game, not see Fishers play but hard for me to believe they are double digits better than Jeff.
