Yes and not a word from them about how Tennessee embarrassed themselves with that pitiful showing at Ohio State,especially after they did all that mouthing off prior to the game.

BT had 4 of the first 10, but only 5 of the first 25. Top heavy league right now with Nebraska, USC, Washington, UCLA, Iowa & Wisconsin all having meh years.

We had no balls against ND, made us look worse. Cig said it himself recently, that we played too conservatively.

Of COURSE we'd kick those other team asses! (Thinking Tennessee, Boise, ASU.) We know that. But 10th is OK!

Indiana Hoosiers finished 10th in the polls and made the initial 12 team CFP!

First year with a new regime. Whoot!

And in the world according to Cig we tied for 3rd. Because 'on the field' only the number 1 and number 2 teams in the country beat us, and may have needed their home field advantage to do it.

To be fair, we only dropped one spot in the AP poll. TN dropped 2. Boise State was already ahead of us in the AP poll. We were just ahead of them in the CFP rankings.

As for the other teams you mentioned, Nebraska finished as a 7-win team. Iowa finished as an 8-win team. USC was a 7-win team. Had IU been the usual IU, Nebraska would've been a 8-win team and Michigan would've been a 9-win team. Washington 7-win. UCLA and MSU would've been 6-win bowl teams. Suddenly our schedule would've been considered really tough by the pundits. ha But instead, IU wins and that must mean everyone sux! Oh the pundits....
