As we know, Mathison broke Alex Dickerson's freshman home run record with his 15th homer at Michigan and will certainly add to that before the season is over with. He was IU's top-rated recruit going into this season that actually showed up on campus. He is certainly in the running for B1G Freshman of the Year.
