Is it, really? I would say par for the course with Woodson. We routinely lose by large margins to better teams. And there is no pride whatsoever in this team.
Either we are defending badly or Michigan is just faster than we are because they are getting to loose balls and rebounds faster. They go to the rack faster. Perhaps it is bad scouting. I dunno.

No. It’s bad coaching. And a five a shit attitude by the players. They are not coached. At all. And Rice has zero business being point guard. He gives us nothing. But there is plenty of blame to go around and Rice does not have the market cornered. The lack of having a quality PG for the past 9 seasons along with Woodson not getting quality guards has much to do with our shitshow of a program. But we do not play good defense. 42 at the half and I believe we are giving up 84 per game in our last 6 losses we are giving up an average of 82 per game. So, today is right in our average. Eff this shit team and season. I just want a coach who has our team play well and prove over the course of a season.

Now Lucy, I appreciate Kurt's words because they were almost a compliment.
The proof is in the pudding and the proof is in the score. How many games have we been blown out this yr? How does that happen with such a, "talented" group?
The attitude, work ethic and pride come from the top. Ask Cig. I'm tired of people every year blaming the players.
The debate stage is moot. The decision was both mutual and correct. What matters is that it is "official"....meaning, it really doesn't matter how the season finishes. If IU somehow made the NCAA tournament....and won a game, that should not change anything. The program isn't trending up. Its time for IU to do whatever is necessary to hire the right coach. I have a feeling that the eventual hire is still coaching this season, and won't commit until "his" season is over. This may take a while.
I'll give it to Indiana. They made it a game and didn't fold in the second half. There are no moral victories in my mind but I was at least happy they fought back.
Wish I could feel that way. None of this matters now. Just get to season’s end asap and then make the right choice. The losses are piling up and more to come. We will flirt with missing the B1G tourney now.
