When healthy he's good & at 6-4 provides a great outside target. Hopefully he'll be over his hamstring & ready to go.

This staff is okay with some instances of entering the portal/returning and decommitting/recommitting (Baldwin). I've got no opinion on it, just interesting to see. I'm guessing the situations behind the scenes aren't as black and white as it may appear to outsiders.

He claimed the coaches told him he wasn’t welcome back when he first did it. Something obviously changed. Wish Green would do the same.
Also, really glad to hear this. Thought it would be bush league to tell a guy not to come back, if he made a choice to take care of an injury first. Would've been bad for recruiting too. Glad it didn't go down that way.

He didn't walk away for no reason or just because of PT/money or whatever.
Glad to see EJ coming back. He can be a big help if he can stay healthy. I hope the surgery will be what he needed.
Good depth piece at the 3rd or 4th WR if he can stay healthy. With Sarratt and Cooper back, EJ should get a good shot to be in the rotation. Hopefully can show some of that 5* talent he had coming out of HS.
I agree, but I think there are conversations that were not revealed ( and not our need to know anyway).
The article said he was told by staff “he was not welcomed back”. Do coaches sort of “fire” players they don’t want? What happens to their NIL money? What if the player does not want to leave?
That was actually written in an article? I would like to see that one. Can you remember where it was printed?
