Didn’t watch it, but it’s not a snub if you don’t deserve it.Indy Star's & former IU beat writer Dustin Dopirak talks about the Indiana coaching situation, NCAA slight snub, NCAA tourney, more
Yep. Those on the bubble are playing the lottery and have no right to complain if their number isn't selected. Hey IU, beat Oregon once and its out of the Committee's hands.Didn’t watch it, but it’s not a snub if you don’t deserve it.
Or don't lose multiple games by 20+ or blow several games in the last 2 minutes of games.Yep. Those on the bubble are playing the lottery and have no right to complain if their number isn't selected. Hey IU, beat Oregon once and its out of the Committee's hands.
That is why I called it a slight snub," because they allowed UNC, & 6-12 SEC Oklahoma inDidn’t watch it, but it’s not a snub if you don’t deserve it.
And the other problem is we didn’t blow out the bad teams we played in the non-con.Or don't lose multiple games by 20+ or blow several games in the last 2 minutes of games.
The only complaints are that they let a few teams in that were even less deserving than undeserving Indiana.Yep. Those on the bubble are playing the lottery and have no right to complain if their number isn't selected. Hey IU, beat Oregon once and its out of the Committee's hands.
Neither of them deserved it eitherThat is why I called it a slight snub," because they allowed UNC, & 6-12 SEC Oklahoma in
Exactly, and that made it a "slight snub" to me, at least.Neither of them deserved it either
All of them think they are privileged instead of doing the hard work to earn it.Like I mentioned on another post, maybe next year the NCAA can afford to hand out participation trophies to all the Division I teams. Then there won’t be hurt feelings.
And that is how I judge how good a coach and team we have. And the other problem is we didn’t blow out the bad teams we played in the non-con.
I believe all 3 of those teams were far enough down that they were playing lower level conference teams in the first couple rounds. IU played an NCAA 5 seed in their first game.UNC, Texas, and Oklahoma all won at least one conference tournament game. Indiana barely even showed up to their conference tournament, as usual.
I’ll take “Things that don’t matter for $500, Alex!”UNC, Texas, and Oklahoma all won at least one conference tournament game. Indiana barely even showed up to their conference tournament, as usual.
