Go look at pics or videos of Biden from 2016 while campaigning for Hillary or while as VP and compare them to 2020 or 2024. Almost unrecognizable. The other is a nod to all the conspiracy theorists that he may believe this stuff. Keeps them on his side.

I don't think Trump does most of these things on purpose - I think it's something he reads and reposts without commenting. I don't think it's planned.
