Temu still takes a couple weeks. My guess is the distributor ( in the US) gets a bunch from China and then resells at a profit.

Oh yeah Shein and Temu. I’ve had friends tell me they like my dress and I tell them to like it from afar. It might fall apart if you touch it! Lol. I’ll watch it.
Wife has bought a handful of items from Temu. Takes mere days. They come from China through the USPS.
🤣🤣. My daughter threw something out a while back and I go “what’s wrong with it,”. Nothin. I just don’t want it anymore. I started to bitch and she said something like dad I wore it three times. It was twelve bucks.

I have no reason to love them, but I need a better reason than that to tell other Americans they do not have the right to use a product they like.
If I had that power, and no qualms about using it, there would never be another Tik Tok nor another Tweet.

It’s the perception that’s the crux of the entire industry. Disposable apparel. If it’s fckd up you don’t even bother with returns
ByteDance has already said divestiture is off the table. So it seems moot
So not to hijack too much but it is my nature and kind of relates to my main business interests. I don’t really understand Shein. And to a lesser degree h & m. Everyone is so preoccupied with branding. I need alo. Adidas. Etc. How did the lowest of the low take off. Is it only “the middle” that is persona non grata. I don’t get it
Really? Last time I ordered were some things I wanted for Christmas and I ordered right after Thanksgiving and didn’t get until December 23. But maybe Christmas rush.
Yeah certain brands are cool and cost a lot of money but it’s also ok to get cheap good deals. A lot of young kids are going thrifting now, to consignment stores and things like that. With places like Shein and Temu you know you aren’t getting anything of great quality, but you can get trendy things to just wear for one season and if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it you aren’t out a lot of money.
