For years and years we were told shrink wrap licensing was unenforceable. I don't know if it is, but Disney started down a strange path with it. A customer was told a meal didn't have an allergan but it did and died. Their family sued. Disney claimed the person signed up for Disney + which included an arbitration clause. Disney eventually dropped that.

It is humorous that banning Tik Tok is about the only bipartisan action taken by Congress in forever and now that it’s happened both sides are running away from doing the actual banning. They are all getting yelled at by teenage girls.
It is stupid. They cannot explain how it is a threat, it just is. If they can't provide concrete evidence, it shouldn't be banned.
