Woody better tell him to reclassify to 24
I’m gonna go out on a limb and bet he gets a guard or two in April/May after the coach shuffle.
Push for 23 and get him in Madison tonight.
Didn’t work out well for the last 5* guard that reclassified for us.
I'm not sure Woodson wins with a class that you just rolled the ball out with. .

The 2nd best point guard in the Big Ten played for Howard University last year. I honestly don't think the rating services know the difference between a scorer and a winner. But let's assume the best in this case.
A guard or two? How about a new roster. Plus Kentucky will probably get him just like
Boogie. Plus Woodson might be fired after next season 24 looks bad who can think about 25.

Not sure how Banks has all of a sudden gotten lumped into this discussion. Not even a guard.
I've seen it posted a few times at least. Maybe the same person, but yes, I think there were eggs put into the Gunn basket and comments over the summer about how he was looking, but I don't think we weren't recruiting guards because we thought Banks would help there. Heck, I don't think we weren't recruiting guards/shooters at all, we just didn't get them. I do think CMW's plan was to put the ball in X's hand, but given his history, that was short sighted but the guys I recall us going after were shooters and not ball handlers for the most part.
He was obviously overrated by the recruiting services, but he is averaging 10.1ppg and 2.6apg... so not hardly end of bench.
