Well, I'm not a complainer, but I'll admit this '20 class is a bit of a head scratcher to me. Three wings, and I have no problem with * ratings, but it is nice to have 5 of them by their name... and we have none of those. So I'd say for a program like IU, this is an average class in terms of talent rankings. Next year RP will be a Jr and we will lose Green... seems like a PG would have been a thought in this class... none. We'll lose Davis and Brunk will be a senior next year... might seem logical to add a big... again, none. I know we're not done, but the balance Archie built with this year's roster will be lacking next year and hasn't been addressed so far. Still a work in progress, but there appear to be some holes, I as an IU fan would like to see filled and we have 3 fewer spots to do it with.
I took him off ignore so I could laugh at his posts. He's not and IU fan and he makes up everything he posts. If you look at it like that he's very funny.
It's ranked seventh in the country according to the home page of this site. That's a hella class and it's not done yet. I think every recruit for this year's class and next year's make logical sense and will continue to improve the team. Either a PG or a big will work as the last member of 2020's class and it will move into the top five.
if we can get a pg or big, i'll be satisfied with this class. Don't read too much into those team recruiting rankings yet. Most of the high ranked recruits haven't committed so the numbers are very inflated.
I really like our 2020 class so far. I think we're on track for some very good teams in our near future.

very true. I went through the Rivals 150 list yesterday and was stunned how many top 50s are still undecided. As they commit, these rankings will be adjusted. Our current class will not remain top 15 unless CAM can fill that last spot with another player in the top 100, and hoping it's someone tall.
Can't get there overnight unless you cheat big time.
Of course we want IU to be great. There is no sign that you want IU to be anything but bad. Does anyone believe you're an IU fan? I don't think they do.

I have been an IU fan for all of my 55 years on this earth. I never thought that a true IU fan would say there are plenty of 3* players left. That doesn’t give me the impression you want the team to succeed. However, I think VO, Will Sheehey, Juwan and OG were pretty good 3* but I really think you said it in a derogatory manner. I have seen many of your posts and most are not what a true fan would say. A TRUE fan would always see the positives and negatives but be there no matter what and support your team all the way. That is my impression of what an Indiana Basketball Fan represents.
Could you just step off the ledge and support our team this season? I actually think we'll be one the most improved teams in the nation and season 4 will be even better yet. Archie finally appears to have a solid plan and it doesn't involve chasing OAD 5 stars. If by some chance I'm wrong and this year we suck again Archie will soon be gone and you can gloat all you want. We all know that's what you hope happens. Until then sit down and shut up.
My vote is NOT a fan. If he thinks he's a fan, he's the most miserable fan ever. If he's said anything truly positive about IU or its sports programs, I don't recall it. What kind of fan doesn't like his university or its sports teams? How could he enjoy being a fan? No one that I personally know as an IU fan is like feepaw. So because he claims he's a fan we're supposed to believe him? Well, I most definitely do not. I think he's a troll and I read his stuff for laughs.
