He offers (and accepts offers) from kids that will not be able to contribute right away and require patience. For some coaches that are willing to be patient (including utilizing redshirts) that isn't a problem (i.e. Bo Ryan) and is a good strategy, but Crean is anything, but patient!!! Thus, we will continue to see high levels of roster churn until Crean figures this out about himself. How come everyone else can see this repeating pattern about Tom Crean except Tom Crean???
