I would argue (no facts just hypothetically) that more coaches have been fired after their first 2 years were awful compared to the very few like Beilein that got it going.
Coaches who never get it going....

Huh, you missed my point. Yes there a few great coaches that eventually get it going, but most that start out like Archie never turn it around.
Dean Smith, UNC fans after one game in year 3 hung a doll in a tree that looked like Smith on campus.
Please give him 3-5 more years so we can compare him to Crean...please keep him.
