Coaches "theme" from Matt's interviews

Maybe it is just an overall coaches matra to keep the boys moving forward, but as I've been reading the various interview articles from Matt, the coaches seem to be handing a lot more "not there yet" themes than "atta-boys". Anyone else getting the same vibe?
