Peegs has allowed us freeloaders to participate in chat this season, but it appears that's changed.

I was a member during bball season and there were just too many trolls to control. Making it premium cuts down significantly and the mods have an easier job controlling it. I really liked the chat during football games more than basketball and they have always been free so I'm pretty disapointed I don't get to enjoy the chat community anymore.
Also I'm assuming its the same culprits ruining it for us from the basketball season.

Last year one of the Peegs regulars set up an open chat during basketball season, which actually worked pretty well. It was wide open and unmoderated, so of course there were a handful of knuckleheads, but IMO the good far outweighed the bad. I thought I'd bookmarked it and thought maybe it might still be available, but I've looked and can't find it.
