We have our guy, and I believe he has more upside.
Didn't kiper say he was going pro?We have our guy, and I believe he has more upside.

After they missed out on Mendoza, I imagine they are throwing everything they can at him. I don't think that's the greatest idea but I also think they may be a little desperate.Beck will be committed to Miami within 48 hours and will likely be the highest paid player in college football next year.
Is he that good?Beck will be committed to Miami within 48 hours and will likely be the highest paid player in college football next year.
No but Miami doesn't have a QB. He's from Florida and dates one of the twins on the Miami's basketball team who are all over social media day in and day out.Is he that good?
I thought this as well. When he was injured I thought he actually declared. However, I would think that Beck slipped down the draft board with that injury. Probably got some agent advice. He had a fairly significant injury to his throwing arm and my thought is that he was going to slip down the board with that. He probably figured to come back, show the injury is not an issue moving forward and move up in rounds next year.Didn't kiper say he was going pro?
Kiper had him ranked, but obviously he wants to improve his first round prospects.Didn't kiper say he was going pro?
Why?
Wow, I feel like he's too old to play in the NFL.Didn't kiper say he was going pro?
Mel turned pro a long time agoWow, I feel like he's too old to play in the NFL.
You serious, Clark?
He's never impressed me. He QB's a really great team, so obviously he's looked good. I'm not even sure he's an upgrade over Stetson Bennett. Better tools, but Bennett was a gamer. Happy with the guy we got, and this is interesting to watch, but we aren't and shouldn't be a player here, imo.Is he that good?
Playing on a great team has always made judging ability hard. At least for me.He's never impressed me. He QB's a really great team, so obviously he's looked good. Shocked I tell yaBeck will be committed to Miami within 48 hours and will likely be the highest paid player in college football next year.
His gf goes to Miami U, and I imagine he will be getting paid more for a year in Miami than a rookie contract in the NFL. He will most likely improve his draft position if he stays healthy. Of course, if he gets injured again he may have completely screwed himself, so this makes me think the money Miami offered couldn't be turn down.
Yea. I don't know where in the draft he would go, but he isn't very good so probably 2nd round or lower, meaning $1.2-2M in the NFL vs. $4M at Miami. Easy choice! His gf goes to Miami U, and I imagine he will be getting paid more for a year in Miami than a rookie contract in the NFL. Nebraska football must have a huge NIL budget. It's the only game I'm town.Speaking about offers, Nebraska just signed an OT 6-6, 320 who has started every game at Alabama. That must have cost a bundle!
56-7!
We can't blame them.
,
Yeah, we helped run Scott frost out of town.Interesting trivia:
We own the overall record against them (Nebraska) 11 - 9, with 3 Ties, and have Won 2 out of the last 3.
🏈
I don't think they'll be lobbying to get us on their schedule more often again anytime in the near future... 🤣🍺
