Well if we do not get him Fred will get to use his major rebuild excuse for another year. I think getting him would be big but either way I do not think we will be all that good next year. Maybe it is a major rebuild!

Romeo seems like a good kid , but this year should’ve taught us one kid isn’t a game changer.
He’s going to Kentucky and will be forgotten about by the state of Indiana. Another Marquis Teague or Trey Lyles.
Is there some guy out there in the state of Indiana like Bohannon who can actually shoot? If so, find that guy and get him on board.

For the record Brooks is a talent and yes he makes us better in the long run both for recruiting momentum and as a talented potential high ceiling player.
He's not the level of prospect that Wilkes or Romeo were and both of those two are sitting out the tournament this year.
So...tap the breaks for Keion's sake.

Nothing against Brooks, but I have been thinking for a while now that he may not have been a great fit for IU considering their needs.
The other thing I will mention is that there is something really unhealthy about having UK and IU as a decision point. Seems a kid should have those two prioritized pretty early in the process.
