I wanted to wait until tomorrow to start this, but the energy is already bubbling over for IU fans. There is no breaking news in the particular post - yet, but I wanted us to have one thread regarding Fland's impending decision on Friday at 2 PM. So, hopefully everyone will ride theHoosier.com's "Boogie Board" here until this comes to a conclusion.
Friday morning I will have Andre Barth on ISB Radio live at 10:10 am. Andrew has already "Crystal Balled" Boogie Fland to IU, but this is by a slim margin he told me previously. This is also what Rob Cassidy of Rivals told me and what pretty much what everyone is saying, so take that for what it's worth. Personally, I still believe Indiana wins this battle and adds to what could end up being the #1 class for 2024, if Mike Woodson also has a Queen up his sleeve. BUT, and there's always a hairy but somewhere, this is not set in stone. Kentucky and John Calipari are not going to walk away unless or until they are told it's over. I feel very good about what Mike Woodson has done here and Indiana's chances. I just do not have the same conviction that allowed me to post McNeeley to IU last Friday night. I am 55-60% IU - 40-45% UK at this moment.
