Does anyone know how tickets work, as far as for season ticket holders for the teams that make it? Do they hold an allotment for the schools, and if so, how many?

would assume the participating schools would get a huge allotment, probably 25k a piece

Yes, they do. No idea how many. Probably in the range of 10k or less.

who do the other 40k go to? can't believe anyone would want to go to the big championship unless their team was in it. I'm sure the conference folks and some sponsors get a good share of tickets, but to have Lucas anywhere near capacity the teams would need to fill the stadium. would have to believe 10k per school is way off.
