Big Noon for IND/OSU

I wonder if our facilities has a big screen room where our players can watch the OSU NW game together?
I am very much suspecting that the Purdue game will be televised by CBS for their 3:30pm window. FOX is already committed to the noon window with Michigan at Ohio State. Nebraska at Iowa (NBC), and Minnesota at Wisconsin (CBS), will be played on that Friday so those games are already off the table. NBC will more than likely take the Notre Dame at USC game for their Saturday night prime time game since that checks off two of their respective broadcast commitments at the same time. The only other game with any significance would be the Washington at Oregon game also on that Saturday.
The team meeting room under Henke Hall of Champions has got the stadium seating & I think a giant screen.
Now that you've laid all of that out...I'm afraid we'll end up on FS1 or BTN because of how bad our opponent is. All depends on the outcome vs OSU, but if I'm CBS, I want UO vs UW at 3:30 to clinch the Big Ten.
How many people do you think would show up at Memorial Stadium or AH for us to watch the OSU game?
Not a lot, probably mostly underclassman. Tough to beat Upstairs, Nick’s, etc… or your living room.
Think FS1 (or even Peacock, although I’m not sure they have a window that week) is more likely. BTN must carry ILL/NW, MD/PSU and FRES/UCLA contractually (appearance requirements for ILL, PSU and the non-con game for UCLA). The other two games without TV settled would be PUR/IND and MSU/RUTG.
Peacock does not have a window for 11/30, so it appears PUR/IND is most likely to end up on FS1 (with BTN or CBS as outside possibilities).
Got it.. I will chalk it right up there with thinking more than 10 people were coming to Bloomington for the eclipse.
I’d love that! Remember when they opened SSAH to watch us clinch the conference at Iowa. Lots of fun.
Maybe, the process is too complex for me to follow. I am not sure how many want to see a 1-10 PU team.
They can do games at 3:30 and 7 as well, but it depends on the week.
Seems to happen quite a bit across the sports world in places that have bars and TV's but at least two on here aren't coming if they can't bring a recliner and access to a ventilator plug in. Kirkwood open air with a few big screens like they do for big soccer matches would also be cool. Too much organizing I guess and I just read the NCAA watch party rules. Go figure it has been regulated.
I’ll be at the Shoe for the game. My son begged me to take him. I said “Okay, son. Good life experience for you. You’ll get to see how to deal with some big-time assholes once you get out into the real world.”

I could see IU being a 28 point favorite. Probably not much of a national audience if that is the case.
I can see that happenng. If IU does manage to beat Ohio State and is going for an undefeated season, I still think CBS would take the IU/Purdue game. It's such a huge story if IU is going for a perfect 12-0 and would also be playing in the Big Ten Championship game just a week later which this year CBS takes over from FOX.
I could be making this up, but can they do a 6-day hold for that weekend since it's a holiday week? Was thinking there was some provision about them not being able to 6-day the final game...could be a complete fantasy.
