Seems like BIG is getting a lot of good transfer players and newcomers. IU has done great, Illinois, Michigan ( Goldin just committed), plus Rutgers freshman class etc. Going to be really competitive
No Rutgers?Top 5 in any order should be.
Purdue, MSU, Illinois, Michigan and IU
OSU could also factor in.
UCLA should be good.Top 5 in any order should be.

Rutgets has the 2 fresh but most of last years roster went into the portal and not sure what they are bringing inNo Rutgers?
Maybe not surprising? We are moving towards just two conferences - SEC and us. These 40 ish schools will have different rosters each year. The conferences may eventually go to divisions so they can have multiple division races (think NFL and money) and then move to whatever championship format they have agreed upon.Seems like BIG is getting a lot of good transfer players and newcomers. Definitely going to be a new look Rutgers team. Biggest question is how well and how quickly Bailey and Harper respond to being asked to play defense for 35 mpg. Rutgers has been able to survive in this league the last few seasons but really mucking it up and playing elite defense. Tough ask when your two best players are both true freshman. Also, how does Pikiell handle two outstanding scoring freshman? I like Rutgers talent a lot, but a really weird roster composition that really goes against what has made Rutgers good these last few seasons.View from RU;
To portal:
Antonio Chol to Howard - not a factor
Derick Simpson to St. Joes, started much of last year, Harper will probably replace him at point
Wolfollk - back up center going to Miami of Ohio. Maybe replaced by other backup Emanulle Ogbole - physically a beast, but very raw. Got a really good fresh Latham Somerville who may get playing time Mawat Mag destination unknown, great defender but missed a lot of time with injuries
Cliff Omoruyi - only major loss to portal. Destination currently unknown. Center position will be big question mark depending on someone from portal?
Gavin Griffiths - to Nebraska, big things were expected from him but was a disappointment as a freshman.
Also leaving as graduates
Hyatt, Fernandez, Palmquist and A. Williams.
Portal adds: guards Jordan Derkack from Merrimack and Tyson Acuff from E. Mich.
and forward Zach Martini from Princton
Returning players of noteJermiah Williams - and Jamical Davis at guard and Ogbole mentioned above.
Then of course everyone knows about Harper and Bailey
That’s it from the “Fighting Snookies”
- of course you know she is from NY not NJ
For that to happen the players become employees. That’s probably not going to happen. There will be 32 teams in the NBA soon.
•Let's have 4 "NCAA Elite" conferences with each NBA team sponsoring 4 teams NIL. One in each conference. •Have a hard cap NIL divided up evenly for all 128 teams.
•Every team plays 31 games, top 16 teams in each conference play a conference tournament.
•The winner of each conference is the final four.
There has to be some type of academic requirements. The NBA would have to recoup there money from TV contracts, but having the NBA invested is how you keep kids in school longer and at the same place longer.
The other 200+ D1 schools play their season to go to the NIT.
After a multi-year slump, the BIG will begin improving pretty quickly.Seems like BIG is getting a lot of good transfer players and newcomers. IU has done great, Illinois, Michigan ( Goldin just committed), plus Rutgers freshman class etc. Going to be really competitive
