Illinois plays Purdue, Oregon plays Washington, Illinois has the tie breaker on Oregon. have to assume Oregon wins so the Purdue game decides our opponent. think I will be rooting for Illinois in that scenario and let's see what we can do with Oregon on a neutral/semi home court.
Beat OSU were in the 8/9 game, lose and season is basically over, we would drop into the Wednesday games

I don't want us to play Purdue again, Beating them was basically the only thing I've gotten out of this year. Purdue looks to be out of their funk now and would probably win a rematch. That's assuming we beat Oregon....which looks to be about 50-50 on a neutral court.
That's unfortunate, if somehow we do beat Oregon. Hard to imagine this team being physically tough enough to beat Oregon AND MSU.
But still better than losing to Purdue in the unlikely event that we get past Oregon.
If this team is headed to a sweet 16 an elite 8 as some claim those should both be games they win.
Looking forward to this squad getting an NIT bid and possibly getting a first round home game so fans can keep living in the magical moment of watching IU play again in front of a packed home arena! Let’s go Woody! Go out strong in the NIT!
