First time attending live in person all season. The last 4 minutes of 1H is a really good window into the entire season. Shooters missing really good open looks. Untimely turnovers. Missed free throws. Other team trims down a 10 point lead with 2:40 remaining to 1. Thankfully Kopp hit a shot just at the end to give us a 3 point lead. I will say that Trayce looks like he truly couldn’t care less. Maybe that’s just his usual demeanor. We built our 10 pt lead with him on the bench. But being in the busking and watching his body language, not much passion there. I will say this as very honest assessment. We miss Trey badly. He brings much needed energy. But even with him, we have no business being in the tourney. We are tough to watch. Man….what a Debbie downer post this is.
Here we go. Will we see a repeat of 1H? iU up 10. Trayce going to the line to shoot 2. Last few possessions with great looks and hair miss it. It’s closing time!

Nah, too much risk for a losing season and long NCAA odds this time last year, meant there were better offers than playing for a first year coach. NCAA odds still long now.

Actually thought he was entertaining but he had some little sidekick with him I didn't think too much of.
I saw Smo, the Lacs & Moonshine Bandits in Kansas City. It was a pretty good show.
