that I wish the staff would address with this bunch and that would be the stupid Jordan tongue wagging stuff. It's petty, yes, but it's also very immature and IMO falls into a culture building thing. I'm so happy about recent progress, but they need to nip that behavior in the bud. There is one, exactly one player in the history of basketball that earned the right to do that and I always thought it was childish of him at the time. With our bunch, somebody is going to get hurt doing that crap

I have not even noticed it.
can you show a pic?
I've seen Kopp of all people do it a couple times this year after the rare made 3 by him, and I just saw a picture from yesterday flash by on here of TJD doing it, it about made my brain melt. It's immature and you don't even see it in the NBA anymore from anybody because it is so immature a way to taunt. Our guys, one of them may lose a tongue pulling that. I don't think anybody on this roster, especially Kopp, is going to intimidate anybody doing it, more likely end up in the ER

...maybe, maybe you just have some kind of "ism".

You need help. And I don’t mean one person. You need a team of professionals to help you. This post is what is childish.

That's possible, but it does bother me when we place an emphasis on culture for the future and that seems to be working, why do something classless like that when we're turning the corner? I get they're excited they're finally winning, but I just don't like seeing it and you don't see it much elsewhere in college or the NBA. I keep noticing it though, I'm going to try to ignore it today, and/or hope it doesn't happen or I don't notice it, I just want them to win today. They can talk about it later

Kopp taunting like MJ after a made 3 is childish, I'm sorry I notice it, but somebody needs to tell them not to do that stuff, all I'm saying. It seems like we are making a lot of progress with building a winning culture, don't want it to be spoiled by seeing stuff like that. Guess I'm too old school, but I never recall a previous team of ours doing stuff like that, even in the best years

This is so dumb. Of all the things to worry about you care about this? Good grief.

It is dumb for today, but sorry, I notice it and it's a not classy look. We are placing emphasis on culture and I think these guys are buying in, so don't do that. You think RMK would have ever witnessed that and not immediately thrown someone to the bench? To be honest, I'm really excited for today and I'll ignore it if it happens again, I'm just pointing out that I've never, ever, under any coach, ever seen an IU team do that, it should be discussed, but not today, they need no further distractions

I'd rather Kopp start crying in gratitude for it going in. It's not like he is a lock down shooter.

Him doing it is crazy because he is not that good. It's like a team who is behind 20 and some kid gets a real nice dunk. The other kids on the sideline are whooping and hollering. I yell out to the tv, "You are down 20. Act like it".

You don't seem happy. You waited until hours after our biggest win of the year to bring up some dumb shit that happens in every college game. Looks like you couldn't complain about the game so you found something else to complain about.

Maybe go light another cig and get some jumpers up. You gotta keep that Steph Curry range of yours honed razor sharp.

Remember, if you miss a few, try shooting from further away. That's sone sage advice I picked up from a guy. If Damezi Anderson had only listened, he'd probably still be here.

I'm sorry but this new rope is really uncomfortably stiff and scratches my neck. Could you use one that's been broken in and softer to hang me?

No, i really am happy with the progress of this team. It's been a journey this year, but I really think the tide is turning. I'm sorry I notice it, but they do do it, and they shouldn't. Be a blue blood, act like you've been there, not classless taunting like that, talk trash if you want, but don't try to pretend be MJ. I've seen a lot of that this year, from Race waiving the ball around, when he's really actually looking to pass and not faking it so he could blow by you. It just seems, I don't see a lot of that elsewhere, what makes them feel so special. You want to do that, well, execute it. It seems all for show though and I hope we don't see any of that today. Win.

Yes, that would be better or praying for more good luck, you're the Pastor. I don't want to rain on our parade today, i do expect to win. I'd just like them to reign in that attitude, that I pointed out months ago, the first time I saw it. I think they've turned the corner on culture, just clean that up and be about winning.
