Other boards ban IU fans as soon as post #1 hits, yet we keep playing the nice guy.

Typical posts of the OSU fan haters are as follows: One time I saw this guy in an OSU shirt... I know someone who knew someone who heard that... I knew this gut at work who was a jerk and an OSU fan... Then you extrapolate it to the entire fan base. Mainly for the reason's I've already mentioned.

I'm not disagreeing that most people who come on other message boards do it strictly to flame, but again that's a minority.

As far as visiting OSU fans who vandalize opposing stadiums? I've taken a few road trips to visit other stadiums. The majority of visiting OSU fans aren't students, aren't non-alumni who treat the Buckeyes as a pro team-'the majority are alumni who's average age is 50-60. Hardly the barbarian horde that you make them out to be.

On the Ohio State boards this week, most Buckeye fans are expecting a close game.
