I think its more about not giving info away as a request from CKW.
If coach lets you watch practice, then you need to abide by his request to not talk about what you see on the message boards.

All I can say is that at the end of the late session, coach had them practicing how to put rose stems in their mouth and jog around the sidelines pretending to high five fans in the crowd. I'm not sure what that's about but take it how you want.
