How about these statements:
IU will be a handful for all the teams the rest of the year..
CC has these guys attention I think since the Louisville game ..That game got their attention..
Troy keeps getting better..
Did anyone see this season develop the way it has?????.

I think it was the MSU game....

I think that one got their attention. Remember, we lost a tough but winnable game against Georgetown after the Louisville game, and their defensive effort in that game was still lacking in some areas.

But following the MSU loss, I think the team might have realized that they aren't going to stay in games with talent alone, but that if they use that talent and give 100% and play smart, they can win those close ones. And I hope they learned, in the MD game, that when they are shooting well, and moving with and without the ball, they can beat anyone.

I agree about the MSU game

Something clicked after that MSU game. I don't know what it was but I think this team learned a lesson of some sort. I don't see that type of game again with this team. They are improving, playing with confidence, playing as a team and getting production if for only a few minutes at a time from the bench.

The rest of the season will be interesting to watch and see how it plays out. I now have the feeling if they fall behind that they will come back ... they've done enough times to build confidence.
