Notre Dame went to a 4 guard/1 wing lineup today to come from behind to beat a good Miami team...

"It was time to go with all guards - Jerian Grant and Demetrius Jackson, Steve Vasturia and Pat Connaughton, and sixth man V.J. Beachem.
No Irish stood taller than the 6-foot-8 Beachem as the home team rode that lineup during a second half in which it went the final 15:32 without a single substitution."

this would the equivalent of IU going: Yogi-JBJ-RJ-Stan-Troy (although we all know the whole not subbing thing would never happen)

all this talk about how we don't have any inside presence now that HMP is out has got me thinking about the other side of the coin - maybe we should just go to the extreme (like the Irish did today) and make it where teams can't really match up with us either.

If our outside shooting finally decides to show up again in Champaign tomorrow, I think we might just be able to steal another one on the road....like they always say, "3's beat 2's".
